Besides offering the benefits of Ucrete Heavy duty polyurethane floors, the innovative Ucrete CS systems provide enhanced aesthetics thanks to their improved resistance to discolouration from UV light and chemical staining.

Ucrete CS is available in an extended colour-range including the pastel shades light Blue, light Green and light Grey

Ucrete CS floors are moisture tolerant and fast curing, meaning that refurbishments can be completed quickly, minimizing down time from the customer’s facility.

Ucrete CS systems are available in different surface profiles and thickness specifications. The combination of temperature, chemical, impact and wear resistance ensure that a correctly specified Ucrete floor will last for many years – without fading or yellowing, for a safe and attractive working environments.

For example, In Diary industry where Nitric acid is used to complex scale deposits from process equipment, not only poses high risk due to its corrosive nature but leaves stains on the floor that cannot be removed. Being CIP area, it remains continuously wet.

Ucrete CS not only has resistance to such aggressive chemical spillages but also has excellent stain resistance to keep the floors durable and aesthetically pleasing. With a high grip, slip resistant and safe floor Ucrete CS is ideal for such environments without compromising on long lasting appearance.

As all Ucrete products, Ucrete CS has been accredited for use in facilities covered by HACCP accreditation.

Fast application and curing	Even at low temperatures. Specifications are available that are fully serviceable after only 5 hours at 10°C, making it ideally suited for refurbishment work.

Hygienic	HACCP certified, it is hygienic as it can be cleaned to same level as stainless steel. Certified with the Eurofins Indoor Air Comfort Gold standard for low emissions, it's non-tainting and not smelling, meaning no delays in restarting operations.
Temperature resistant	Withstands spillages up to 150°C depending upon specification as well as freezer temperatures to -40°C
Non-tainting	Even during application in food handling areas.
Moisture tolerant	Can be installed onto 7-day old concrete without the need for special primers, helping to maintain program on fast track projects.
Chemical resistant	From strong acids to alkalis, fats, oils and solvents which can rapidly degrade other types of resin flooring.
Antistatic	Conductive properties to control undesired static electricity.
