Largest ever Ucrete installation completed in Abu Dhabi
Some 78,000m2 of Ucrete MF have been successfully laid by BASF approved contractor, I.K.K. for national foods, Abu Dhabi
Almost 50 years after its invention and patent, the largest ever single installation of Ucrete polyurethane concrete floor has been recently completed in Abu Dhabi, for The National Foods Product Company. Some 78,000m2 of Ucrete MF have been successfully laid by BASF approved contractor, I.K.K. at the KIZAD facility which primarily produce the Lacnor, Oasis and Milco brands.
Exemplary site planning and organization by I.K.K., supported by technical and logistics teams from BASF, and the free flowing, easy-to-lay properties of Ucrete MF, meant that upwards of 1000m2 of the temperature, chemical and impact resistant floor system was laid per day. This enabled the prestigious project to be completed before time and on budget! (A crucial factor was reduction in the rental costs associated with site generators.)
