As Country Manager of the largest country in the GCC, I am happy to welcome you to this second issue of our Newsletter, Tawasul, designed to connect with our customers in a way which I hope you find informative and educational.

Saudi BASF for Building Materials Co, Ltd has been manufacturing in Dammam since 2001. We have just completed a major upgrade of our powder blending facility, with the construction of a brand new fully automated, computer controlled blending, packing and palletizing in Dammam. This will ensure that we can fulfill the rising demand for our technical, cementitious products e.g.  non-shrink precision grouts, repair mortars, waterproofing, flooring and tile adhesives. Our expansion and investment into the Saudi market continues. A second admixture production plant will be opened in the Western region in November 2018.

All local products are based on formulations from our parent, German company and our technical center based in Master Builders Inc in Cleveland USA, and are manufactured under strict, globally audited, BASF QC/QA procedures, and independently accredited to ISO 9001 / 2015 standards.

Our technically qualified sales teams are located around the Kingdom, operating from 5 regional offices ensuring that we fulfill our BASF brand promise of connecting with you, our customers, and providing innovative solutions to help you be more successful.

We are immensely proud of the contribution our team has made to the development of the infrastructure and many of the iconic projects within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia such as the Haram projects in Mecca, Kingdom Tower in Jeddah and Riyadh Metro.

We are confident that we will maintain sustainable growth in support of the Saudi Government's ambitious Vision 2030.
