Being the leaders in the construction chemicals industry, BASF Egypt has taken initiative in 2015 to develop a training program that provides the highest level of in-depth training for our approved distributors.

The aim is to enhance the distributors knowledge of advanced chemical solutions for construction. 

 BASF Egypt holds bi-monthly trainings at the Master Builders Solutions Africa Training Centre in Sadat Factory for its distributors. The trainings offer interactive and guided scenarios where both theoretical and practical demonstrations of BASF applications are made. The Technical Service Team provides technical expertise and recommendations for Master Builders innovative solutions.

We started off the year on February 8th 2017 with a Repair System and Performance Grout session. Four distributors attended with twelve of their team members to learn more about BASF Solutions.

 We got the team acquainted over breakfast, and pursued the session with an academic lecture held by Hisham Saad, Head of Market Segments, after the theoretical session took place, the team head down to the training center to attend the practical training by Hany Abou Hoda, QC & QA Responsible, where all participants got to experience the application of BASF products.  BASF Egypt is keen on keeping its distributors up to date with BASF products as well as giving them the tools and all the information they need to be qualified to use or recommend BASF products.

 The session was wrapped up with a lunch break gathering everyone around and having an open discussion and survey to ensure the distributors' satisfaction and acknowledgement.
