    At BASF we form the best team, and this means to have the best people at the right place and time.  We would like to share with you some of our latest additions to the Middle East teams:

    • Mohammed Abo Eldahab is the new Business Segment Manager – Chemical Anchors and Fire stopping- in Saudi Arabia. Engineer with MBA masters and 12 years' experience in the region, he shows highly competent sales management with advanced business partnering and a proven track record in multicultural & complex environments.
    • Rajesh Thakur is the new Business Segment Manager - Firestopping and Anchoring Systems in the Gulf Countries. With 15 years' experience in the industry and coming from fire-stopping leading companies, along with Mohammed, he will manage the upcoming MasterFlame firestopping range, sealants and the Mast​erFlow anchoring grouts and software.
    • Sherif Essam is one of our latest additions to the UAE sales team. In his role of Key Accounts Manager- Watertight Systems, he will support contractors regarding our watertight systems portfolio under the brand MasterSeal. Civil Engineer and with experience in the contracting side, Sherif will support strongly our sales team and sales records!

    • Shivshankar Bhattacharya (AKA Shiv) has 15 years of experience in the construction industry. Civil engineer, he has experience through one of our main distributors handling government projects in Oil and Gas,  Water Management and Marine Structures. As an Industry Sector Manager for the Gulf states, his role is to drive our Industry Sector strategy across the region.​​
