    Precision Grout

    Master Builders Solutions now offers newly formulated high precision, high performance, high flow, hydrogen free, non-shrink cementitious grout.  A precision grout is defined as extra high flow, high performance material suitable for ensuring problem free installation of the most precision equipment, such as compressors, reciprocating pumps, turbines and ball and rolling mills where installation tolerances are extremely small in the harsh climate conditions found in the Middle East.


    Why Hydrogen Free Precision Grouts?

    The specially formulated additives ensure hydrogen free expansion in both the fresh plastic and hardened stages to ensure the grout maintains full contact and provide efficient load transfer with the underside of baseplates, or within the void to be filled.  In critical industries, some engineers have insisted on hydrogen free formulations to mitigate against the potential of hydrogen embrittlement of steel components.

    What is the difference between MasterFlow 928HF and MasterFlow 980HF

    MasterFlow 980HF and MasterFlow 928HF can be formulated for use with larger aggregate sizes, ultimately allowing the grout to be installed in thicker sections, increasing the thickness allowance by up to 300%.
