Master Builders Solutions has delivered the final grouting material for Moray East
Master Builders Solutions® has been supplying the last containers with the high strength offshore grout MasterFlow 9800 to the Port of Loading in Scotland, in preparation of the final grouting works to be completed.
MasterFlow 9800 was the choice of product to be used as it met all the project requirements and this bulk supplied grout comes with major installation advantages. Luc Westhof, Master Builders Solutions’ Key Account Manager Wind Power, said: “DEME Offshore can count on the vast experience with the bulk supply of goods and offshore support from Master Builders Solutions. DEME can really benefit from a series of recent offshore projects where we have been involved with our bulk supplied offshore grout materials.”
DEME Offshore, the EPCI contractor for Moray East’s foundations, awarded the grout supply contract to Master Builders Solutions in October 2019.
The 950 MW project is one of the largest offshore projects currently being build and comprised 100 wind turbine foundations and 3 foundations for offshore substations.
