MasterEmaco N 5200

When you need to return a structure to service quickly, it makes sense to use a one-mortar-fits-all product to complete repairs to a high standard on schedule. That’s where ready-to-use MasterEmaco N 5200 comes in. When mixed with water, it forms a fast-setting mortar with a vast range of applications for horizontal, vertical and overhead surfaces.

The simple answer is: anywhere where you need to do reprofiling repairs and levelling mortar at thicknesses of 3-100mm thickness to class R2. That includes the non-structural repair of concrete elements such as: 

MasterEmaco N 5200 can be applied as a smoothing or levelling coat at only 3mm to achieve a more aesthetic finish, for example, before applying a protective coating.

MasterEmaco N 5200 has a superb feel on the trowel and excellent application properties, thanks to a formulation that also reduces shrinkage and allows high-build application of up to 100 mm thickness in one layer.

Its fast-setting properties make MasterEmaco N 5200 ideal for non-structural repairs where short over-coating times of only a few hours are needed. The use of new technology gives it the lowest cracking tendency and enhanced durability.

High-build repairs in a single layer and fast setting characteristics support speed of refurbishment so that applicators can complete remedial work more quickly and owners can keep the downtime of the structure to a minimum.

MasterEmaco N 5200 contains special cements, well-graded sands, carefully selected polymers and fibres.
