​MasterSeal P688 RC

A waterproofing membrane applied to concrete without first using a suitable primer will not achieve a sufficiently strong bond, leaving it liable to delaminate in the future. MasterSeal P688 RC is a rapid-curing, solvent-free, low-viscosity polyurea resin-based primer that readies concrete to receive a waterproofing membrane in the least possible amount of time.

MasterSeal P688 RC is a two-part primer formulated for mineral substrates such as concrete and cementitious screeds before applying MasterSeal waterproofing membranes, MasterTop flooring systems and MasterEmaco repair mortars. It can be used inside or outside.

A functioning, proven damp proof membrane must be installed under on-grade concrete.

This rapid-curing primer is suitable for internal and external applications and can be overcoated after just 30 minutes. Its low viscosity makes it easy to apply by roller or squeegee.

MasterSeal P688 RC has excellent penetration properties, sealing pores, capillaries and cracks. It provides an excellent bond to the concrete substrate and can be used as a scratch coat.
