What is MasterGlenium SKY 8703?
MasterGlenium SKY 8703 is a new generation superplasticiser with super retention technology. It contains polycarboxylate ether polymers and is specially formulated for ready-mix concrete where slump retention, high strength and durability are required in hot climates such as Singapore.

The ability to work with low water/cement ratios and still obtain extended slump retention allows for the manufacture of high quality concrete. MasterGlenium SKY 8703 is free of chloride and complies with BS EN934: Part 3: 1985 and is also compatible with all cements meeting recognised international standards.

MasterGlenium SKY 8703 improves the rheology of a concrete mix even at very low water/cement ratios making it easier to pump. It allows designers to design and specify higher grades or performance specifications.
The superior slump retention property of MasterGlenium SKY 8703 allows concrete mix easy to produce and deliver to point of placement. With no impact on the setting times of concrete, MasterGlenium SKY 8703 allows workability retention of concrete over longer periods and can be used either as an integrated or stand-alone product.
MasterGlenium SKY 8703 is low in permeability. It helps in achieving greater durability for the building structures through reduction of permeability, water absorption and resistance to chloride and sulphate attack. It minimizes the risk of non-structural cracks and lower long-term shrinkage.
