Ucrete DP Systems
Polyurethane concrete slurry broadcast floor resurfacing systems
Ucrete DP Systems description
Ucrete DP Systems are four component polyurethane concrete systems with a broadcast aggregate. There are 3 different systems; Ucrete DP Basecoat B4, B6 and B9. They are installed in thicknesses from 1/8"-1/4" (4-6mm). The thickness is determined by the service and cleaning temperatures and the severity of traffic expected. Ucrete DP system floors are installed with a neutral quartz aggregate. Ucrete floors are extremely tough and have many physical properties that exceed those of typical concrete.
Recommended uses:
- Where severe conditions exist-high impact pressure, thermal shock, and chemical exposure.
- On severely damaged surfaces
- Meat, poultry, and dairy plants
- Wet conditions requiring a heavily textured slip-resistant surface
- Bottling facilities
- Food and beverage facilities
- Food warehouses
- Where steam and or hot water is required for cleaning
- Food packing and canning plants
- Pharmaceutical facilities
- Freezers and coolers
What are the unique features of Ucrete DP Systems?
- Thermal stability
- Can cure in as little as 4 hours at 50 °F with Ucrete
Accelerator in DP Base Coat
- Slip resistant finish
- Unaffected by freeze/thaw cycles
- Solvent-free
- 40+ years of project references
- No priming or sealing of substrate
- Wide temperature service range from Ucrete DP Basecoat B4 = 5°- 158°F (-15°-70°C) B6 = -4°-176°F (-20°-80°C)
- Can be applied on 7-10 day old concrete
