Ucrete HP/Q
Polyurethane concrete slurry broadcast floor resurfacing systems
Ucrete HP/Q Systems descriptions
Ucrete HP/Q Systems are polyurethane concrete systems with a broadcast aggregate. The HP/Q Systems can be installed in thicknesses from 1/8"-3/8" (4-9mm). The thickness is determined by the service and cleaning temperatures and the severity of traffic expected. Ucrete HP/Q System floors are installed with a colored quartz aggregate. Ucrete floors are extremely tough and have many physical properties that exceed those of typical concrete.
Recommended uses:
- Where severe conditions exist-high impact pressure, thermal shock, and chemical exposure.
- On severely damaged surfaces
- Meat, poultry, and dairy plants
- Wet conditions requiring a heavily textured slip-resistant surface
- Bottling facilities
- Food and beverage facilities
- Food warehouses
- Where steam and or hot water is required for cleaning
- Food packing and canning plants
- Pharmaceutical facilities
- Freezers and coolers
What are the unique features of Ucrete HP/Q Systems?
